Ordering

Just browse through our catalogue and add the products you want to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Buy Now " button for each product.

A comprehensive search facility is available for you, which lets you quickly find a specific product that you may be looking for.

You can view your shopping cart at any time and remove items from it by clicking on the remove item button. When you've finished shopping simply click on "Checkout" button on the Shopping Cart page.

Take the time to complete all the billing and shipping details, as this will make working with your order so much easier. Email addresses should NOT be from the free/anonymous services (eg Hotmail). Please note also that we only ship to residential or business addresses. Once your order has been received a confirmation of the order will be sent to your email address. We will also update you on when your purchase has been shipped.

We reserve the right not to accept an order or to cancel an order for Products placed by You. Supply of the Products constitutes acceptance by Investor Centre of Your order. We do NOT ship to Post Office boxes.

Please note that Investor Centre does not warrant or represent that the descriptions of any Products or other Content on the Website is accurate, complete, or current. In addition, specifications of Products anywhere on the Website are given to identify the Products generally and do not form part of the description of the Products.

Our online store is protected by SSL (Socket Security Layer) encryption. This is a standard method of ensuring that when you enter your credit card information it cannot be tampered with or intercepted.

We will accept bank cheques and money orders, although personal cheques are required to be cleared prior to shipping. Your credit card will not be charged until your purchases are ready to be shipped.

Delivery

Most orders are despatched within 1-4 days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are expected to be picked, packed and despatched on the next business day. Please note that in the busy months leading up to Christmas, orders may take a little longer. We will either send an email or call you if there are any delays in delivery.

Australia

Our customers, within Australia, generally receive goods in 2 to 5 working days, depending on their destination.

We provide two options for delivery as follows:

• Standard Delivery $10
• Express Delivery (using Express Post) $15

These charges will automatically be added to your order. However, for all orders we will calculate the actual cost of shipping and contact you if the amount will be greater than the rate quoted above. Bulky items may require additional delivery charges, you can send us an email or call requesting a quotation of the shipping cost.

We try to have our complete range in stock at all times. However, occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock or completely sold out. In this instance you will be notified immediately with full details, and asked for alternative instructions. Your credit card will not be charged until all matters have been resolved to your satisfaction.

Returns

Exchanging Items

We believe in the products we sell and only stock items we trust to be of excellent quality and should last with normal use.

We personally inspect items upon dispatch and we would not send an item we believe not to meet our stringent standards. We provide protection to our customers under normal manufacturer's warranty (where applicable).

We provide exchange of goods within 14 days of purchase with original purchase receipt. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and you would like to return your item for an exchange, please email or telephone us so that we may provide you with a tracking number in order to facilitate an exchange. The goods will be accepted for exchange only in original packaging with the receipt.

Refunds

At Investor Centre we follow the refund policy as governed by the laws applicable in the state of Queensland (Australia). Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We are required by law to give a refund if the product is faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or the product does not do what it is supposed to do. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.

Out of Stock Items

We try to have our complete range in stock at all times. However, occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock or completely sold out. In this instance you will be notified with full details, and asked for alternative instructions. Your credit card will not be charged until all matters have been resolved to your satisfaction.

Investor Centre does not accept liability, whether for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising due to any delay in delivery of the Products or any failure to deliver the Products ordered by You for whatever reason. GST is included in all pricing.
